1. General provisions
1.1. The website www.bajulab.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is owned and operated by Bajulab, MB, Company code: 307062363, (hereinafter referred to as "www.bajulab.lt").
1.2. This Privacy Policy is a written document that sets forth the privacy practices (the "Privacy Policy") that apply to all persons who use the Site and Services. The terms used in the Privacy Rules correspond to the terms defined in the Terms of Use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") (use of the Website, the Service, etc.) and their meaning, except where certain terms are separately defined in these Privacy Rules.
1.3. By using the Website and/or the Services in any manner and form, the Visitor unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to comply with all the requirements set out in this Privacy Policy. If the Visitor does not agree to unconditionally and irrevocably assume and comply with all obligations set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Visitor shall not be entitled to use the Site and/or the Services.
1.4. www.bajulab.lt has the right to unilaterally change and/or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments to the Privacy Policy shall become effective upon their posting on the Website. If the Visitor continues to use the Website and/or the Services after the publication of the amendment and/or supplement to the Privacy Rules, it shall be deemed that the Visitor unambiguously agrees with all amendments and/or supplements to the Privacy Rules. If the Visitor does not agree to the amended and/or supplemented Privacy Policy, he/she shall lose the right to use the Website and/or Services.
1.5. The collection, processing and storage of personal data is governed by these Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
2. www.bajulab.lt data collection
2.1. You may only use or have full access to the Site and the Services by completing the registration procedure on the Site. The registration procedure is carried out by clicking on the relevant link on the Website, filling in all the mandatory fields of the registration form (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, login password) and, at the Visitor's choice, filling in the optional fields, thus providing the data about oneself at www.bajulab.lt ("Data").
2.2. www.bajulab.lt has the right to use, at its sole discretion, any data provided by the Visitor during the registration procedure, as well as any other data collected by www.bajulab.lt about the Visitor.
2.3. The data that is collected during the registration procedure and/or during the use of the Website and/or Services is divided into:
2.3.1. Anonymous data. www.bajulab.lt collects anonymous data relating to facts that cannot be attributed to an individual Visitor. For example, www.bajulab.lt collects certain information each time a Visitor visits the Site in order to improve the quality of their browsing experience on the Site. www.bajulab.lt collects the IP addresses and related data (e.g., the Internet address of the last web site a person visited prior to visiting the www.bajulab.lt network portal) of all Visitors and the types of browsers and operating systems (e.g.., www.bajulab.lt also collects aggregate search terms from a variety of search engines focused on internal advertising. www.bajulab.lt collects this information from all Visitors for the purposes of monitoring, improving, and directly promoting the Services. www.bajulab.lt also collects information about a Visitor's responses to questions on the Sites in order to gauge the Visitor's opinion of the Services, as well as the advertisements on the Sites. www.bajulab.lt receives this information from all Visitors, whether or not they are logged-in or not.
2.3.2. Personal data. This is data that can be used to identify a specific Visitor. Within the meaning of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, these data are considered to be personal data. Such data shall be collected and processed only with the consent of the Visitor, in the ways indicated below:
2.3.2.1. Registration: when registering on the Website, the Visitor must provide the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, login password). The Visitor may also voluntarily provide the following information: personal identification number (if he/she wishes to be invoiced), residential address (if he/she wishes to have the ordered goods delivered to his/her home).
2.3.2.2. Correspondence and communication: if a Visitor contacts www.bajulab.lt, www.bajulab.lt may retain a record of that communication and other related information.
2.3.2.4. www.bajulab.lt has the right to collect data about the Visitor when he/she accesses the Website. This data shows which pages of the Website the Visitor visits, at what time and how often he/she does so, and which services he/she uses. Also, this information includes the data that the Visitor sends to the Website.
2.4. The data subject may at any time contact the administration of the e-shop www.bajulab.lt to obtain access to his/her collected data and to request the rectification, erasure or suspension of the processing of his/her personal data, where the data are processed in breach of the law.
3. Data recipients
3.1. The Anonymous Data collected is processed, processed and used by www.bajulab.lt for self-promotional and other similar purposes. Anonymous Data may be transmitted to third parties and made public.
3.2. The Personal Data collected is processed by www.bajulab.lt in strict compliance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Lithuania. Personal Data is processed by www.bajulab.lt only for the following purposes: to identify and contact data of the person who purchases goods on the Website; to create a login account in the forum on the Website; to identify and contact data of the persons who wish to access www.bajulab.lt to make complaints and suggestions using a special module installed on the Website; with the consent of the Visitor - for direct marketing purposes. Personal information is not passed on to any third parties, except if required to do so by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.3. The website may contain active hyperlinks to other websites. Some of these websites may collect personal information about the Visitor, and promotional websites may use cookies and web beacons in their advertisements to collect information about the Visitor. www.bajulab.lt Privacy Policy and the provisions set forth herein do not cover the privacy policies and information collection practices of third parties. www.bajulab.lt is not and cannot be held responsible for any actions of third parties that collect information about the Visitor.
3.4. The data subject shall have the right to be informed of the recipients to whom his or her personal data have been disclosed in the last one year.
4. Use of Visitor’s information
4.1. www.bajulab.lt shall have the right to use, at its own discretion, fully and in any manner not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, all information collected about the Visitor. The following are examples of the purposes for which www.bajulab.lt may use information collected about a particular Visitor:
4.1.1. in order to edit the Content in a way that is most relevant to the Visitor. In some cases, www.bajulab.lt needs to know precise details about a Visitor in order to offer specialized Services and targeted advertising;
4.1.2. www.bajulab.lt collects and shares anonymous visitor data with third parties (e.g. advertisers). To such parties, www.bajulab.lt discloses information about the number of Visitors, the number of Visitors who have seen a particular advertisement and/or clicked on a particular link on a particular Website, etc. www.bajulab.lt may also provide full demographic statistics for Visitors who have seen and clicked on a particular advertiser's link. www.bajulab.lt may also disclose the anonymous results of surveys. This process generally does not disclose any of the Visitor's personal information;
4.1.3. www.bajulab.lt also uses aggregate data for statistical analysis of general characteristics and visitor behaviour to understand the needs of certain parts of the Website and to analyse how and where to use available resources most efficiently. Without this data, www.bajulab.lt would not know which parts of the Site are the most popular and would not be able to make appropriate changes and edits to the Content and the Services offered;
4.1.4. www.bajulab.lt may use a Visitor's personal information to contact the Visitor and to notify the Visitor of changes and updates to the Services, as well as changes to the Visitor's accounts or violations of the Terms. If a Visitor participates in games or contests on the Site, www.bajulab.lt may use the Visitor's information in the event the Visitor wins and www.bajulab.lt needs to contact the Visitor;
4.1.5. www.bajulab.lt may send e-mails or postal mail as well as short message service (SMS) messages to the Visitor's mobile phone containing information about the Services that www.bajulab.lt believes would be of interest to the Visitor. The above-mentioned information is sent only if the Visitor has given his/her consent.
5. Protection measures
5.1. www.bajulab.lt uses software and other measures to protect the Data of all Visitors. Visitor Data may only be accessed by authorized www.bajulab.lt employees and/or other persons authorized by www.bajulab.lt.
5.2. www.bajulab.lt asks the Visitor to exercise caution in the use and protection of the Data, as the Visitor is solely responsible for the confidentiality of all Data. The Visitor should log out of the browser after finishing his/her work in order to make sure that no one accesses the Visitor's e-mail, personal information, especially in cases where the Visitor uses a publicly accessible computer (e.g. in an Internet café, library). www.bajulab.lt also warns that the Visitor should be careful not to disclose his/her personal information (such as the Visitor's real name, personal identification number, e-mail address, bank account codes, etc.) to third parties when using the Website and/or the Services. Such information may be used and directed against the interests of the Visitor, including acts such as fraud, spamming, etc.
5.3. www.bajulab.lt undertakes to endeavour to protect the personal data of the Visitor processed by www.bajulab.lt, however, given that the Visitor's information is transmitted over the Internet, www.bajulab.lt warns that www.bajulab.lt cannot and does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted by the Visitor, including personal data.
5.4. www.bajulab.lt is committed to protecting the rights of minors and limits their access to certain adult-only Services. Therefore, certain parts of the Site may be directed to adults only. Minor Visitors are strictly prohibited from accessing such parts of the Site. The Visitor is also responsible not only for his/her own conduct on the Site, but also for the conduct of his/her minor children or other persons under his/her care if they use the Site in the Visitor's environment, with the Visitor's permission, or using the Visitor's hardware.
6. Software used on the website and its installation
www.bajulab.lt may make available for installation software of its choice for use with certain Services. Visitor understands and agrees that www.bajulab.lt may restrict Visitor's ability to use certain Services in cases where certain software is not installed. Such software may be developed both by www.bajulab.lt and by third parties. The software may be designed to interact independently with www.bajulab.lt's or third parties' hardware in order for the installed software to function, and to enable the Visitor to learn about updates and improvements to such software. The terms and conditions of use of such software are set out in a separate agreement, the text of which is made available to the Visitor upon installation of such software.
