New and unused products can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

Quality products can be returned. Returned products must be undamaged, untested, not lost in their commercial appearance, with undamaged labels, and with outer packaging (e.g. protective film for packaging of spreaders and ejected products) must not be unpacked.

If an inadequate quality product is purchased, the Buyer has the right to claim one of the following remedies: replacement of the product with an analogous product of suitable quality, refund of money for the purchased product or compensation for the decrease in the value of the product due to inadequate quality.

Unpacked and used products cannot be returned.

You can:

• exchange our goods for another analogous product;
• get a refund with the amount the money you paid at the time of purchase.

Items to be exchanged or returned must be properly prepared for return in the original packaging received:

• unused, undamaged and not lost commercial appearance;
• properly packaged to protect the shipment from damage during transportation;
• it is necessary to attach copies of the invoice and documents confirming payment, as well as a completed return form, which must indicate the reason for the return or express your wish for the goods you are exchanging for or your wish to get a refund of the money paid.
